Richard, we will miss your warm handshake and your effervescent smile. You were a wonderful steward of your God given talents. We’re so thankful God’s grace allowed us to have our last engaging conversation with you several weeks ago which as always allowed us to walk away with a smile on our faces and remembering of all of the things we were thankful for. We will all miss you dearly. To all of your family our hearts go out to them on the loss of their beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was such a gentleman and always had a kind word for my articles and columns. He was one of the most unpretentious people I have ever met. He and Paul became close through Promise Keepers and a men's Bible Study group called The James Game. We and the whole town will miss him and his servant attitude. We pray his family and all who called him friend will find peace knowing he has reached his true home and and is experiencing joy unspeakable and full of glory with all the other saints as they sit at the feet of Jesus.
