Billie Jean (Jones) Maiden

Billie Jean Maiden, 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Sellersburg Healthcare Center. She was born on April 6, 1932 in Harlan County, Kentucky to the late John and Rosa Jones.  Mrs. Maiden was an attendee of the First Baptist Church of Sellersburg, a member of the Victory General Baptist Church in Louisville and a homemaker for her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ralph Maiden, her son, Royce Maiden and her granddaughter, Tammie Bunch Houston.

Mrs. Maiden is survived by her daughter, Pamela Thomas of Sellersburg and her grandson, Michael Bunch (Heather) of Sellersburg. She also leaves behind 3 great grandchildren, Jacob Stanley, Logan Bunch and Landon Bunch.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
