Scott, we were so sorry to hear about your dad after just losing your mom. We are thinking of you and your family. We lost another great man on Stricker Rd. this week (Herman Burgin). We've lived here now for 31 years and it's men like your dad and Herman that made this a great neighborhood to live in.

God graced us with this wonderful man. My heart is heavy in sorrow, but I know he is blessing all of our loved ones in heaven. Such a honor to love a church family man. May his family be blessed with the warm blessings of our heavenly father.

In my brief time of caring for Mr Lindley, I got to know him as a very kind man. A man that loved his family, friends and, God. He added to my blessings. I will forever be grateful for knowing him. I pray his family finds strength during this trying time. God be with each of you.

Richard Lindley made us feel so welcome at church. An angel on earth without wings who earned his wings in heaven. He was truly a man of God and will be sadly missed. Prayers for the family in this time of sorrow.

My Uncle Richard, what a wonderful man and faithful servant. He raised his family, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren with love and guidance. His hugs and smile (and everything else about him) will truly be missed! I pray he is dancing with Marilyn in heaven and is no longer waiting to be with the Lord.

I have had the priviledge to know two very Godly men in my life, Bob Russell and Richard Lindley. It was an honor to call Richard friend. He will be remembered and missed by a lot of people whose lives he touched. Prayers to the family. Larry Johnson
