So sorry for your loss Margie was a wonderful person, I enjoyed talking to her about the history of Clark Co. She was a hard working woman & I will truly miss her.

This is very sad. Marjorie always treated everyone very well and did a great job. She was always very protective of me at the courthouse. She will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss of such a special lady. She loved her family more than anything, she has inspired me to keep going no matter what comes my way. What a great role model she has been for me, one strong lady.

We have lost a true public servant, always working tirelessly in the background to keep our democratic party strong, over fifty years of dedication to our county, state and our people. Her witty, outspoken, nononsense spirit was always a refreshing change.
Her love of people, her boys and doing what is right was what made her thrive. She will be missed terribly. Rest in peace my friend, you have done well.

May the family have God's blanket of comfort during this time. I feel like I knew them in some way because she ALWAYS spoke of her family and you could feel the love that she had for each one.

Margie became a wonderful friend of mine at the courthouse. I spoke with her multiple times a day. I loved her stories as she kept me in stitches with her use of words. She showed kindness to me and my daughter, Ali , (she called her "Sweet Stuff"), and sent her care packages to school in Indy for the holidays because she always told me that she valued "higher education" and knew that Ali appreciated it. She would also make donations to her and my other daughter, Molly, for cancer and the Special Olympics fundraising event efforts. She would actually be the one on their list to have made the largest donations. Her arms were open wide in her giving and I hope that she was blessed in abundance in receiving as they were held open.

The building will not be the same without my sweet friend. I will forever miss her but thankful to have the memories I shared with her.

Blessings to you,
Alana Sparkman
