Theresa Densford-Cooper

Theresa Densford-Cooper, 70, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at the University of Louisville Hospital. She was born on February 27, 1951 to the late William and Wilma Densford (Keibler) in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Theresa was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church of Jeffersonville, Indiana. She retired from Louisville Bedding where she worked as an inspector. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Coop” Cooper just two months ago.

Survivors include her daughter, Carrie Densford of Jeffersonville, her brothers, Ernest Densford (Sandra) of Sellersburg, Roger Densford (Carola) of New Albany, her sisters, Rebecca Perkins of Charlotte, North Carolina, Judith Cornelius of Jeffersonville and one grandson, Dylan “Sky” Densford. Theresa also leaves behind one great grandchild, her dear friend Gail and many nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.  

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, November 1, 2021 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 11:00 A.M.  until the time of the services at the funeral home.
