Terry Lee Whitworth, 59, entered eternal life on Monday, February 1, 2021 at his home in Sellersburg. He was born on July 25, 1961 to Narvin and Leverne Whitworth (Ford) in Hardinsburg, Kentucky. Terry was an Alumn of the University of Kentucky and a Certified Public Accountant. He retired from Samtec Inc. where he worked from 1994 until his retirement in 2016. Prior to working at Samtec, Terry worked at Monroe Shine & Company and Big T. Transfer Inc. Terry was a member of the St. John Paul II Catholic Church. He enjoyed a good round of golf and was an avid UK sports fan.

Survivors include his loving wife, Marian Whitworth of Sellersburg, his daughter, Mattie Whitworth of Sellersburg, his parents, Narvin and Leverne Whitworth of Hudson, Kentucky, his brother, Mike Whitworth (Cathy) of Hardinsburg, Kentucky, his nephew, Brian Whitworth (Shawna) of Corydon, Indiana, and his great nephew, Brooks Whitworth.

Due to the current Covid situation, the family has chosen not to have a public visitation. A family visitation will be held before the service. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, February 8, 2021 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church (St. Paul Campus -216 Schellers Ave, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172). The church is following all covid guidelines. Please wear a mask at all times. Every other pew is open to follow social distancing guidelines. A private interment will follow at Fairview United Methodist Church in Breckenridge County, Kentucky.
