Paul R. Stiffey, Sr.

Paul R. Stiffey, Sr., 79, entered eternal life on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, Indiana. He was born on September 8, 1943 in Somerset, Pennsylvania. Paul was a retired welder by trade. He honorably served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the American Legion Post 204 in Sellersburg. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Donna Lou Stiffey.

Survivors include his son, Paul Stiffey, Jr. (Marianne) of Charlestown, Indiana, his daughter, Penny Elliott (David) of Sellersburg, his grandchildren, Glen Elliott, Kaycee Peterson, Tiffany Doss and Phillip Jefferson, his great-grandchildren, Phoebe Houston, Alexis Elliott, Henry Doss, Egwene Jefferson and one on the way, Mallori Peterson.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, May 19, 2023 at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172). Visitation will be held on Friday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
