Patrick Dunn

Patrick Dunn, 49, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on June 27, 1972 to Jim and Joan Dunn (Roasen). Patrick worked in the Information Technology field. He earned many degrees and certifications in computer science. Patrick had a passion for fitness. He was a member of LAC Fitness in Clarksville, Indiana and was a private trainer in body building. He had a passion for wrestling which earned him many championships. Patrick was a former wrestling coach in LaPlata, Maryland. His favorite quotes were “I’ll Be Back”- Arnold Schwarzenegger voice and “Lift Daily”- Patrick Dunn. Patrick will be remembered for his full-of-life personality and his strength, physically, mentally and spiritually. He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Dunn.

Survivors include his mother, Joan Rosen of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, his fiancé, Becky Fighera of Sellersburg, his daughters, Gabriella Sutherland (Colton) of under a rock,  Christianna Love (Zach) of a test tube, Gina Fighera of Sellersburg, Aubrey Fighera of Sellersburg, his brothers, Kevin, Tim, Keith, Brian and Sean Dunn, his grandchild, Atticus Sutherland, the mother of his children, Trish and his beloved yorkipoo, Smokey.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Silver Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
