Marguerite (Fraley) Dreher

Marguerite Dreher, 67, entered eternal life on Monday, August 28, 2023 at her home in Borden, Indiana with her family by her side. She was born on January 5, 1956 to the late Hiram and Marguerite Fraley (Hinkle) in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Marguerite and Dale owned and operated Triple D Transport and Mar-Da companies. She also owned Miss Marguerite’s Produce in Borden, Indiana. In her free time, she enjoyed cooking for her family, taking care of her flowers and fishing. She will be remembered by her family for the unconditional love she showed them. Marguerite was preceded in death by her daughter, Christina Reed, by her brother, Ronnie Fraley and by her niece, Angie Hodges.

Survivors include her husband, Dale Dreher of Borden, Indiana, her granddaughter, Tabitha Bowling of Sellersburg, her brothers, Mark Fraley (Betty) of Sellersburg, Clarence Fraley (Lena) of Charlestown, Randy Fraley of Sellersburg, Doug Fraley (Karen) of Sellersburg, her sister, Doris Fraley of Sellersburg, her sister-in-law and nephew, Linda Fraley and Doug “Little Doug” Fraley of Borden, her close family friend, James “Red” Baker and her fur babies, Sally and Princess.  Marguerite also leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to cherish her memory.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, September 1, 2023 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with entombment to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
