Lorrie Katherine Cox has passed after a long bout with Dementia/Alzheimer’s disease and has gone to her Lord to be with her family who preceded her. She was born November 3, 1959, to the late Jack and Janice Hertwick. She was also preceded in death by her brother Tony Hertwick and son Jayson Adams. Lorrie was a tough soldier in her fight with Dementia/Alzheimer’s
Prior to the onset of her disease, Lorrie was an Engineering Technician at Fort Irwin, California, United States Army Training Base.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jim Cox; son Matthew Adams; daughter Tracy Adams; sister Linda Hertwick (children Jennifer, Heather, Christina, Rayven, Rita, and Steven) brothers Scott Hertwick (daughter Amber) and Hal Hertwick (Wife Kelly and son Steven), nephews Dale Hertwick and Jimmy Hertwick, daughter-in-law Candace Kanefsky, granddaughters Shea Adams, Kayleigh Adams, and grandson Bentley Adams.
Lorrie will be interred next to her parents at Mountainview Cemetery in Kingman, Arizona at a future date. Graveside services will be conducted by Lorrie’s best friend and minister, Renae Maison.
