Jason Grant Brewer

 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jason Grant Brewer, who left this world on Friday, December 19th, 2025, at the age of 53. Born on Saturday, September 16th, 1972, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, Jason was a beloved son,  husband, father, brother, son-in-law and friend whose memory will forever be cherished by those who knew him.

Jason resided in Georgetown, Indiana, with his loving wife of 25 years, Casey Brewer. He was a devoted father to his daughters, Avery and Makenna (Jacob Shields), who were the light of his life. Jason is also survived by his mother, Janice Brewer, brother, Brian Brewer, and his sisters, Melissa Gream (Jeff) and Kelli Crone (Terry), parents -in- law George Wade (Judi) and Judy Huesman (Gary), nephews and one niece.  He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Brewer, and his beloved cats Esther and Daisy.

A dedicated mortgage broker, Jason was the proud owner of Clear to Close Mortgage, Inc., where he found great fulfillment in helping others achieve their dreams. Outside of his professional life, Jason was known for his deep love of God, his family, and his cherished cats Fico and Olive. He was an ardent Indiana University fan, a big jokester, and widely regarded as a big kid at heart. His favorite destinations were Cape San Blas, Florida, and Disney World, where he created countless memories with loved ones.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Jason's life during visitations at Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172). The first visitation will take place on Monday, December 22nd, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, followed by a second visitation on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The funeral service will immediately follow on Tuesday at 12:00 pm at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Jason's name to ALS.org and Teamgleason.org, organizations dedicated to causes close to his heart.

Jason will be deeply missed, yet his spirit will live on through the many lives he touched. His legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will not be forgotten.
