Harold Ray Coats

Harold Ray Coats, 79, entered into eternal life on October 2, 2022.
 He was born on February 16, 1943 in Clarksville, Indiana to the late Orville and Mary Coats.
 Harold was a proud Army veteran of the Vietnam era, serving as a military policeman. He was also a proud member of the UAW and worked for 30 years at the Ford truck plant in Louisville, KY.  Harold loved spending his free time fishing and playing golf.
Special memories are held dear by his children’s mother, Patricia Coats and his former wife, Janet Hardy.

 Left to cherish his memory are his son Bryan Coats (Robin), stepson Brian Rice (Sarah); daughter Christina Stephenson (Ryan), stepdaughter Lori Rice (Leo); brothers Marvin Coats and David Coats; Grandchildren Parker, Carter, Jaxon, Chelsea, John, Nathanael, Seth, Ella, Eleni, Ean, and Noah.
 Funeral services will be held at 11AM Friday, October 7, 2022 at Garr Funeral Home, 7806 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, IN.
 Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8PM and anytime
 after 9AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
