Donna W. (Case) Collier

Donna W. Collier, beloved member of the Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on Saturday, October 3, 1931, in the serene surroundings of Bracken County, Kentucky, Donna lived a life marked by warmth, resilience, and a deep love for her family.

Donna was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Norman "Jack" Collier; her mother, Beatrice Case; her father, Charles Case; her brother, Ottie Case; and her sister, Dolly Pangburn. The strength of character and love they instilled in her lived on through Donna's every action and interaction.

A dedicated employee, Donna found pride and purpose in her work at ICI Army Ammunition, where she faithfully served until her well-deserved retirement. Post-retirement, Donna spent several cherished years in Florida, embracing a newfound love for fishing, which brought her immense joy and tranquility. Donna thoroughly enjoyed watching her favorite basketball teams, Indiana University, University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville.

Her life was enriched by her loving family. She leaves behind a wealth of loving memories with her surviving family members: her brother, Ronnie Case, and his wife Joan; her sister, Bonnie Griffis; her cherished nieces and nephews, Debra Gamboa and her husband, Tony, Steve Case and his wife Pam, Cindy Ehringer and her husband Mark, Ned Griffis, Becky Willoughby and her husband Pat, David Case and his wife Catherine, and Bonnie Jean Sims.

Formal services are not scheduled at this time. Donna's final resting place will be at Sellersburg Cemetery.
