Christine M. (Meek) Hopper

Christine M. Hopper, 94, entered eternal life on Monday, October 10, 2022 at the University of Louisville, Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born to Jim and Allie Meek (Tobin) in Glasgow, Kentucky on December 28, 1927. Christine was a homemaker and a member of the Memphis Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Eugene G. Hopper, by her sons, Randy Hopper and Bill Hopper and by her siblings, Ben, Charlie, James, Earl, Pearl, Mae and Savina.

Survivors include her children, Joyce Hutchinson (David) of Memphis, Indiana, Larrie Hopper (Diana) of Lakeland, Florida,  Peggy Barton (Jeff) of Memphis, Indiana and Bobby Hopper of Florida. Christine also leaves behind 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren to cherish her memory.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow in Bowery Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
