Carla Faye Link

Carla Faye Link, 61 entered into eternal life on September 28, 2023.

She was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana to John and Corliss Link.  She was a graduate of Silver Creek High School, and attended Indiana University, Southeast. She recently finished a course of study to become a Natural Health Consultant and Relaxation Therapist.  She worked as a lobby specialist at Culver’s Restaurant and as a bread baker at Olive Garden.

Carla loved many things. She loved animals and being around all of nature, she loved to read, and loved sharing a good laughwith people. Carla was witty and intelligent. She loved her family and friends.  But most of all, Carla loved the Lord.  She was baptized in August at Southeast Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother. Left to cherish her memory are her father John Link; her sister-of-the-heart Lisa Turner, and many, many friends.  Carla is also survived by a brother, Rick Link.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, October 3, at 1:00 PM at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.

Visitation will be at Garr Funeral Home on Monday, October 2 from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
