Beverly Ann Anderson Obituary

Beverly Ann Anderson, age 70, gracefully entered eternal life on Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Born on May 27, 1953, in Louisville to the late James and Betty Jean McGlasson (Risinger), Beverly's life was a testament to resilience, love, and dedication.

Beverly's professional journey encompassed roles in education and finance, but it was her decade-long tenure as a sales associate at the Walmart in Clarksville, Indiana that truly defined her later years. Her commitment to service and kindness endeared her to colleagues and customers alike.

In her leisure moments, Beverly found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether it was the thrill of a bingo game or the excitement of a trip to the  casino, she embraced every moment with enthusiasm and a contagious smile.

Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Phillip Anderson, Sr., and her dear brother Anthony McGlasson. She is survived by her son, Phillip Anderson, Jr. (Angela) of Sellersburg, Indiana, her daughter, Beth, Ann Williams of Frankfort, Kentucky, and her cherished grandchildren Breanna Williams-Anderson (Omar) and Aleya Anderson. She also leaves behind her great-grandson, Omar Stoudemire, Jr., whose presence brought her immeasurable joy.

In accordance with Beverly's wishes, cremation was chosen, and no formal services will be held. Instead, a celebration of her remarkable life will be arranged at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory, share stories, and find solace in the enduring legacy of love she leaves behind. Beverly will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
