Betty L. Morris

Betty Lee Morris, 80, entered eternal life on Saturday, September 21st, 2024 in Jeffersonville, Indiana. 

Born on January 4, 1944, in Owensboro, Kentucky, she was the cherished daughter of the late Maurice and Mildred Morris.

Our Mom was an avid Elvis Presley fan. Many  years ago she won front row seats from a radio station and they delivered them directly to her!  She was so excited. 

Mom also dreamed of going to Key West. That never worked out, but know she is enjoying the view from above 

Paris was also a dream of hers. Fortunately she was able to live her dream by going there twice and had a wonderful time. Next thing you know her entire house looked like Good Housekeeping's Paris edition.

What everyone knew her as the most was Betty Boop. She had many trinkets, clothing, and other Betty Boop memorabilia and decor all through her house. She loved having all the kids call her Mamaw Boop.

She loved her family very much. Survivors include Daughters, Sherry Ayers, Lori Williams and Amy Garrett. She also leaves behind 9 Grandchildren, Megan Spear, Justin Hansford, Brittany Grace, Brandon Gregory, Bethany Williams, Ryan Gregory, Amanda Gregory, Matthew Brightman, and Dylan Williams. She also had 19 Great-grandchildren, 6 step Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately with the family at a later date.
