Benjamin Michael Staggs

Benjamin Michael Staggs, 51, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, entered eternity on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. He was born on December 21, 1972, to Michael and Pamela (Roberts) Staggs in Louisville, Kentucky.

Benjamin worked as an installation manager by trade. He was a passionate sports fan, deeply devoted to Indiana University athletics and the Denver Broncos. Whether cheering from the sidelines or discussing game highlights with friends and family, Benjamin’s enthusiasm for sports was infectious.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Pamela Staggs.

Survivors include his partner of 18 years, Tasha Pierce, his father, Michael Staggs (Vicki), his daughters, Casey Cook (Darrell), Lola Staggs, Haylee Johnson, his sister, Staci Stewart (Steve), his grandchildren, Emma, Skyler, Waylon, his nephew, Samuel, his nieces, Stevi and Sydney and Tasha’s children, Chase, Raina and Auna,  Benjamin also leaves his best friend to cherish his memory, Timmy Shrebtienko.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana). Visitation will be held on Sunday from 12:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
