William F. Wise Jr., a beloved resident of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 11th, 2026, at the age of 76. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, on October 18th, 1949, William was a cherished member of his community and a devoted family man.

He spent a significant portion of his career as a loyal employee in the parts department at Jim O'Neal Ford in Sellersburg, where he was respected by colleagues and customers alike. His dedication and commitment over the years left an indelible mark on those who knew him.

William was preceded in death by his parents, William F. Wise and Iola B. Wise, who instilled in him values of hard work and kindness. He is survived by his loving sons, Adam Wise and his wife Heather, and Billy Wise and his wife Debbie. William was also a proud grandfather to his cherished grandchildren, Jacob Wise and David Wise.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47127) The funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm, where family and friends will gather to celebrate William's life. William will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
