Velma Louise Rhude , 91, went to be with her heavenly Father on Sunday, August 27, 2017. Mrs. Rhude was born on May 5, 1926 to the late Phillip and Myrtle (Peters) Davis. She retired from the Cummins plant where she worked in security. Mrs. Rhude devoted her entire life to her children and God. She was preceded in death by her husbned, Stanley E. Rhude, her daughters, Teresa Hage and Patricia Ferrill, her brother, Phillip Davis and her sister Irene Clark. Mrs. Rhude is survived by her son, Steven Clay Rhude and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the Walnut Ridge Baptist Church (2118 Hamburg Pike Jeffersonville, IN 47130).  A grave side service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at the Crothersville Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the church. Memorial Contributions can be made to Walnut Ridge Baptist Church.
