Trevor Elliott Middleton, 41, formerly of Charlestown, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on April 2, 1975 to Thomas and Carol Blakley Middleton. Trevor was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. He enjoyed football, sports and reading. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Thomas and Carol Middleton of Otisco, brother, Thomas (Buddy) Middleton of Charlestown, sisters, Twana Middleton of Otisco, Teresa Scott (Keith Barid) of Charlestown, nephews Jeremy and Thomas Middleton and nieces Marlena Stockdale and Samantha Ingram. Memorial services will be held at 2P.M on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Main Cross Independenet Baptist Church located at 145 Main Cross in Charlestown, Indiana. Visitation will begin at 1P.M. on Saturday, in the hall at the Church.
