IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Tishi "Tish"
M. (Davis) Harbison
July 20, 1962 – May 11, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tishi "Tish" M. Harbison, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who peacefully departed this life on Sunday, May 11, 2025, in New Albany, Indiana. Born on July 20, 1962, in Cleveland, Ohio, Tish brought joy, love, and warmth to everyone she met throughout her 62 years.
Tishi was the cherished wife of Christopher Harbison and a devoted mother to Tara Moneypenny, Alissa Moneypenny and Christopher Harbison. Her legacy continues through her beloved grandchildren: Hayley, Connor, Chloe, Cooper, Preston, and Nathaniel, all of whom brought immense joy to her life.
Preceded in death by her loving parents, William E. Davis and Lois A. Davis, Tishi is now reunited with them, along with the many animals she lovingly cared for throughout her life.
A proud graduate of Jeffersonville High School, Tish furthered her education at Indiana University Southeast, earning a degree in history and geology. Her passion for history and reading was only rivaled by her love for animals, as she tirelessly rescued and cared for countless creatures throughout her life.
For over 25 years, Tish built a successful career as a Sales Assistant with the investment firm, Hilliard Lyons, recently renamed Baird. Her dedication and work ethic were admired by colleagues and clients alike, reflecting her commitment to excellence.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172). Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Tish are invited to come together to celebrate and honor her life.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Garr Funeral Home to assist with final expenses. Tish's warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her. The family asks that all who attend to please wear bright colors in recognition of Tish's bright spirit!
