Born on October 27, 1979, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Jim and Carol Sue Blevins, Tim's journey began with resilience and determination. Despite his premature birth, he embraced life with a vibrant spirit that touched the hearts of all who knew him.
Tim's educational journey led him to graduate from Eastern High School in Pekin, Indiana, and he furthered his education by becoming a certified librarian. Tim enriched his life by attending Bridgehaven Services in Louisville. He was a person of many passions and talents. Tim had a poetic soul, finding solace and expression in the art of writing. His love for cats was evident to anyone who visited his meticulously decorated apartment, where every corner reflected his unique personality and style.

Yet, amidst his diverse interests, Tim's most enduring trait was his boundless generosity of spirit.
Timothy Blevins is survived by his loving parents, Jim and Carol Sue Blevins, his devoted brother Jason Blevins and sister-in-law Athena, and his cherished nephews Owen, Carl, and Jackson, along with nieces Leah and Ava. Their lives are forever enriched by Tim's presence and the memories they shared together.
