Sharyn M. Slattery Dietrich, 74, passed away on Monday August 10, 2020.  She retired from Gillenwater Law Offices where she served as a Legal Assistant and was a member of Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Charlestown.  Sharyn also served in many youth organizations throughout the area.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Robert Slattery, Dorothy Slattery and a brother, Michael Slattery.  Surviving are her husband of 51 years, M. David Dietrich, Sellersburg, son, Patrick David (Awa) Dietrich, Plantation, Florida, daughters, Kelli (Shawn) Stockford, Springfield, Oregon, Annalee (Niles) Driskell, Memphis, Indiana Kathryn (Michael) McKean, Brownsburg, Indiana, brothers, Ronald (Carol) Slattery, Palm Harbor, Florida, Dennis (Cheryl) Slattery, Tampa, Florida, and fifteen grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Silver Creek Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8PM and anytime from 9AM until the time of service on Friday.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
