Ruth E. Wall passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 1, 2026 in Clarksville, Indiana.

Ruth was born on December 4, 1932 to Clyde and Viola Voyles Engleman in Harrison County Indiana. She grew up on a farm near Leavenworth, IN and helped along with her sisters Norma Jean and Margaret Ann with all the chores. She attended Leavenworth High School and was a cheerleader for the basketball team. Later in life she worked at Indiana Army Ammunition Plant in Charlestown, IN.

Ruth was married to Melvin Wall for 53 years and they spent time traveling and running several businesses.

She is survived by her children Terry Parks Haub, Mike Parks (Denise), Alan Parks (Stephanie) and her stepchildren Davi Wall (Kay), Jeannine Dearlove (Tim) and Angela Pellman (Rick); 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 1 PM at Gethsemene Cemetery in Corydon,Indiana.
