Funeral Service for Ruth Crowe, 89 , of Sellersburg Indiana will be held Thursday April 7th at 10:00 A.M. At Garr Funeral Home. She passed away on April 4, 2016 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation. She was born on April 26, 1926 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Norman and Nora Crowe. She was retired from Philip Morris in Louisville. She is survived by two sisters: Pauline Crowe of Sellersburg and Hazel Dean of Marysville and several nieces and nephews: Kenneth (Barbara) Crowe, Judy (Ernie) Williams, Donald (Mary Ann) Crowe, Danny Crowe, Debbie (Richard) Wells, Pamela (Kenneth) Reed, Gary (Flormie) Williams, Kim Dean, Dion (Charlotte) Crowe, Jeremy (Trish) Bragg, Penny (Mike) Parrot, and two good friends Jim Glaser and Brian Norris. She was preceded by both of her parents, and siblings, Marshall Crowe, Homer Crowe, Clarence Crowe, Roy Crowe, Lucille Skaggs and Syliva Mcarty. Visitation will be at Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311 Sellersburg, Indiana) on wednesday April 6th from 5:00P.M. To 8:00P.M. With burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
