Robert "Bob" Tate, 92, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Clark Memorial Hospital.  He retired from the United States Post Office, enjoyed bowling and woodworking.  Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Louise Tate and a grandson, Tommy Hutchins.  Surviving are his son, Richard (Charlene) Tate, California, daughter, Marilyn Hutchins, Jeffersonville, grandchildren, Rachel, Tonia, Christi, Amy Jo, Nine Great-Grandchildren, and several Great-Great Grandchildren.  A graveside service will be held 1PM Saturday, October 10th at New Chapel Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
