Regina C. (Mamoo) Armstrong, 78, of Charlestown, Indiana passed away peacefully July 31, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and a family who will forever cherish her love and kindness. She was born on February 19, 1948, to the late Chester and Charlotte Campbell in a tiny log cabin in Socket City, Indiana.

Regina was a woman who found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She had a special love for beautiful lilac flowers, watching hummingbirds, and spending time searching for treasures at yard sales. But her greatest joy came from her family. She especially treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, making memories that will be carried in their hearts for years to come.

Regina is survived by her loving son, Phillip Armstrong, and daughter, Doris Fulkerson; her grandchildren, Justin Armstrong and Destiny Armstrong; and her great-grandchildren, Camden Armstrong and Connor Armstrong.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Chester and Charlotte Campbel and by her siblings, Charlene Hamill and Chester "Ronnie" Campbell.

Regina will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on through the family she loved so dearly and the many special moments they shared together. May she rest peacefully among the lilacs and hummingbirds she loved so much.
