IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Randall Lee
Renn
May 24, 1956 – November 18, 2025
Randall was born on May 24, 1956, to Adelaide and Norbert Renn in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, and was one of 15 children. A proud 1974 graduate of Our Lady of Providence High School, Randall went on to study Business at Indiana University Southeast. Randall married Monica Yeater on April 7, 1978, and they had three sons: Matthew (Tricia) Renn, Marcus (Jacqueline) Renn, and Andrew (Kate) Renn.
Family meant more to Randall than anything else in the world, and he spent countless hours imparting the value of hard work and athletics to his three sons. He was always coaching and practicing, and attending their games near and far.
Randall had his own success in sports. One of his favorite memories was coaching and playing on the T.J. Atkins softball team that advanced to the World Series in 1977.
There was no task Randall could not handle, he was a force of nature. He created a beautiful home for his family and taught his children how to fix things with their own hands. He made wine, cheered on the Providence Pioneers, and played Euchre with his friends. He was a fixture at his grandchildren's games on the sidelines or following them online and was unendingly proud of all their successes.
Randall was also a loyal and dedicated employee, working for Bell South/AT&T as a Switch Capacity Manager for 30 years. He served as a friend and mentor to many during his time there.
Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Adelaide and Norbert; his siblings, George Stanley, Eugene, Janet, John, Joseph, and Paul; and his brother-in-law, Michael Peay.
He is survived by his siblings: Linda Hunter, Leslie (Beverly) Renn, Charlotte (Bill) Nagle, Barbara Peay, Pauline (James) Franklin, Laura (Brad) Bowlds, Carol Renn, and Joy Oglesby; and his sisters-in-laws, Rita Renn, Barbara Nicol and Yvonne (David) Smith. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Andrew, Lydia, Samuel, Evelyn, Liam, Hattie, Marshall, Scarlett, AnnMarie, and Everett Lee; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Randall will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
