From her miraculous birth on April 18, 1936, Patricia Powell Walker gave Praise to her Savior until she took her last breath on February 4, 2022!  Her family was her prized flower garden and  included 4 children, Sandra Powell Prater, Nashville, Tennessee, Sue Powell Scott (Rodney), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Scott Powell, Lansing, Michigan, and Dustin Powell(Julie), Charlestown, Indiana; 6 grandchildren: Sterling Powell Scott, Julianna Powell Redford (Austin), Josiah Powell, Sunshine Scott, Joleen Powell, & Joshua Powell.  Preceding Patty in death was the father of her children and former husband of 27 years, Buddy Powell, husband Howard Walker of 12 years, mother, Bernice Sizer, father, Earl Myers, and brother, Jackie Myers.

Patty was a former Country Music Singer/Songwriter, a published author, an Antique Dealer and lover of life during her 85 years on earth.

Viewing will be at Garr Funeral Home, Sellersburg, Indiana, on Thursday, February 10th, 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Friday, February 11th, beginning at 11:00 A.M. with Funeral Service immediately following at 1:00 P.M.  Saturday's February 12th burial service takes place at 2:00 P.M. at Crestview Memory Gardens, Gallatin, Tennessee.
