Patricia "Sue" Reel , 72, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. She was born on January 3, 1949 to the late Warren and Ardella Druin (Sampson) in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Sue retired from Pizza King in Jeffersonville, Indiana where she worked as the assistant manager. She thoroughly enjoyed working there, because she was able to work with her children and grandchildren throughout  the years. Her customers were the highlight of her day. In her free time, Sue enjoyed working puzzles, coloring books and her flowers, but ultimately she enjoyed spending precious time with her family. Sue was preceded in death by her 3 children, Christine Denton, Kendall Baker, Sitha Baker, by her 2 grandchildren, Misty Canipe, Claudia Taylor and by her 2 great grandchildren, Blake Coats and Macie Barger.

Survivors include her loving husband of 37 years, Mike Reel of Memphis, Indiana, her son, Buddy Baker (Tammie) Bessmer City, North Carolina, her daughters, Angela Colwell (Pat) of Hibernia, Indiana, Rachel Pace (Harmon) of Salem, Indiana, her brother, Reuben Druin (Mia) of Starlight, Indiana, her sisters, Martha Gator of Memphis, Indiana, Tonya Druin of Memphis, Teresa Middleton of Charlestown, Indiana and Vivian Kortie of Berea, Kentucky. Sue also leaves behind 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren to cherish her memory.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 17, 2021 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with internment to follow at Bowery Cemetery in Memphis. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
