Morgan Leigh Schleicher , 31, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 25, 1986 to John Schleicher and Marcia Taylor. Ms. Schleicher was a 2004 graduate of Silver Creek High School.

Survivors include her daughter, Makayla L. Mitchell of Clarksville, Indiana, her father, John Schleicher of Troy, Texas, her Mother, Marcia Taylor of Clarksville, Indiana, her brother, Brandon Taylor of Clarksville, her sister, April Mutchie (Robert) of Sellersburg, her aunts, Christy Jenkins (Mike) of Lanesville, Indiana, LeAnn Taylor (Rick) of Nashville, Indiana, Anna Voyles (Monte) of Sellersburg, her niece, Taylor Mutchie, and her nephew, Robbie Mutchie.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Rone & Doolin Cemetery in Mining City, Kentucky. Visitation will take place on Wednesday from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.  and on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
