Michael Rothbauer , 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 15, 2015 in Palm Harbor, Florida. He was born in on March 21, 1929 to Anton and Julia Rothbauer in Salem, Indiana. Michael honorably served his country in the United States Army. He was a Machinist for the Naval Ordinance in Louisville, Kentucky for 30 years. Michael was also the owner and operator of M.R. Construction for 40 years. In his spare time Michael enjoyed Golfing, Woodworking, and gardening. He was preceded in death by both of his parents, 5 brothers and 2 Sisters.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday December 22, 2015 at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, Indiana with interment to follow at St. Francis Cemetery in Henryville, Indiana. Visitation will take place on Monday from 4PM until 8PM and on Tuesday from 9AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
