Mary Lee Cunningham , 91, entered eternal life on Friday, March 31, 2023 at Maple Manor Christian Home in Sellersburg, Indiana. She was born to the late James and Audra Rose (Buck) on November 2, 1931 in Springerton, Illinois. Mary Lee was a home maker and a member of the Scottsville Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Cunningham, by her brothers, James and Glen Rose and by her sister, Virginia Weedman.

Survivors include her sons, Steve Cunningham (Deena) of Sellersburg, Scott Cunningham (Adriene) of King, North Carolina and her grandchildren, Erin Hanner (Clint), Caleb Cunningham (Kelsey), Brett Cunningham (Alex), Ashley Mize (Alex) and Taylor Cunningham. Mary also leaves her 7 great-grandchildren to cherish her memory, Madalyn Hanner, Regan and Reece Cunningham, Crew and Cash Cunningham and Journey and Carter Mize.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, April 3, 2023 at Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172) with interment to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
