MARK ANTHONY STEPHENS, 58, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016, at Norton Hospital in Louisville.  He was currently employed at General Mills in New Albany.  Mark was a member of Northside Christian Church in New Albany, enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, a car enthusiast and hard worker.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Luke and Mildred Stephens and a brother, Wesley D. Stephens.

Dylan Stephens, Bowling Green, Kentucky

Daughter:                    Chloe Stephens, Louisville, Kentucky

Step-Daughter:            McKenna Byerley, Louisville, Kentucky

Niece:                          Leah Stephens Ott

Nephew:                      Drew Stephens

Grandchildren:            Phoebe and Liam Stephens

Funeral services will be held 10AM Thursday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Galena, Indiana.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-8PM at the funeral home and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Thursday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
