Mark Kayrouz , 64, of Sellersburg passed peacefully on January 15, 2023 at his home with his family by his side. He bravely fought many health issues, but he always put the needs of others before himself.

Mark had many interests.  He was an avid golfer, loved IU basketball, NASCAR, classic rock music, but especially sitting on his front porch with a cup of coffee in his hand watching the sunrise.

He was a graduate of Silver Creek High School and lived most of his life in Sellersburg.

He was preceded in death by his father Donald Kayrouz; grandmother Irma Mae Tracey ;Step-father Arnold G. Vest;

cousin Joey Honaker; numerous uncles and an aunt.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 37 years Kathleen; mother Rose Vest; daughters Rhiannon Meyers, Sarah Kelly (Charles), Traci Kayrouz; brother Kevin Kayrouz; sister Carrie Jean Dalton; grandchildren Addyson Leonard, Cassidy Kelly; cousins Missy Hargrove (Tony), Rob Ward, Frank Ward Jr.,Billy Ward, Tony Ward, Josh Ward, Cody Ward, Jennifer Honaker, Michael Livers, Shelly Booher.

A memorial visitation will be held Friday, January 20, 2023 from  2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Garr Funeral Home(7806 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172).
