LORI PIERSON-DIXON, 51, passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 at her home.  She worked at Mark's Feed Store in New Albany and a member of the Hamburg Church of Christ.  Lori enjoyed spending time at the beach, camping, and gardening.  She treasured her grandkids and dogs.  Lori was preceded in death by her uncle, Larry Pierson.  Surviving are, Parents, Estel and Janice Pierson, Jeffersonville, Indiana, husband, Gordon Dixon, Memphis, Indiana, Daughter, Samantha (Josh) Napier, Clarksville, Indiana, Step-Children, Jeremy Dixon, Sellersburg, Indiana, Kari (Nick) Flaherty, Memphis, Indiana, Brothers, David (Betty) Pierson, New Salisbury, Indiana, Joseph (Melissa) Pierson, Otisco, Indiana, Sister, Andrea (Steve) Spurgeon Pierson, Jeffersonville, Indiana, Grandchildren, Payton, Landon, Miles, Waylan, Lilly, Presley and Beckett.  Funeral services will be held 10AM Friday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be Thursday from 1-8PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Friday.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
