Linda (Pfister) Hoffman ,73, born on June 6, 1950, entered eternal life on Sunday, December 24, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She retired from West Clark Community Schools after 28 years of dedicated service. She was a cook at Sellersburg Elementary and Silver Creek Middle School. She was also an active member at Northside Christian Church. In addition to playing card games, Linda enjoyed afternoon walks through town, riding bikes, and shopping. She thoroughly enjoyed watching Silver Creek and IU basketball. Linda Hoffman was a kind soul who lived to serve God and her family.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert L. Pfister, Sr. and by her brother Robert L Pfister, Jr.

Survivors include her loving husband Kenny Hoffman, mother Joyce Pfister, sons Phil and Chris Hoffman, sister-in-law Sharon Pfister, three grandchildren Spencer (Julie) Hoffman, Kenzlee Hoffman, Carver Hoffman, and one great grandson Waylon Hoffman (Spencer).

The Hoffman family would like to express our gratitude to the entire staff at Care First for the loving care Linda received.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, December 29, 2023 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with interment to follow at Sellersburg, Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Friday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home
