LaDonna M. Eyer, 70, entered eternal life on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at Kindred Transitional Care Center in Sellersburg.  She was a Homemaker, a member of First Assembly of God in New Albany and volunteered at Choices for Women in New Albany.  LaDonna organized Widow's Ministry for widows and enjoyed arts and crafts.  She was preceded in death by her husband of forty years, Paul Eyer, brothers, Ted Carter, Jr., Harold Carter, Jerry Carter and Gene Carter.  Surviving are sons, Paul (Tina) Eyer, Jr., Marion, Indiana, Anthony (Erica) Eyer, Marion, Indiana, Jerry (Rachael) Eyer, Marion, Indiana, daughter, DaLonna (Chris) Bush, Sellersburg, Indiana, brother, James (Marge) Carter, Wheeler, Wisconsin, sister, Nancy Hitz, Boyceville, Wisconsin, thirteen grandchildren, one, great-grandchild and four step-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 11AM Saturday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday from 2-8PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Saturday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Cancer Society, 1640 Lyndon Farm Ct., Ste 104, Louisville, Kentucky 40223.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
