Kevin Lee Stewart, 44, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born on October 22, 1971 in Louisville, Kentucky to Richard and Yvonne (Gibson) Stewart. Kevin was active in Special Olympics, he enjoyed games, throwing horseshoes, playing cornhole, dancing, and he loved his family.  Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents Lois and Sam Gibson, and Etzell and Virginia Stewart. Kevin is survived by his parents, cousins Devon Jones and Amy Terry, and numerous extended relatives and friends.  A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on September 9, 2016 at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Forest Grove Cemetery in Borden. Visitation will be Thursday from 3 until 8 P.M. and on Friday from 1P.M. until the time of service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clark County Special Olympics Indiana, 6200 Technology Center Road, Suite 105, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46278.
