Keith Welty, Jr ., 53, passed away on January 18, 2016. He was born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany on December 22, 1962 to Edward, Sr. and Barbara Welty. Keith was a truck driver for Kentuckiana Trucking. He enjoyed spending time with his grandson T-Bone and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. Keith was preceded in death by his father.

A funeral service will be held at 6 PM on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with Cremation to follow. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12 Noon until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Garr Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
