Sellersburg, Indiana

Kathleen Medcalf, 93, entered eternal life on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at Baptist Health Floyd.  She was a Homemaker and lifelong member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Sellersburg.  Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Martha Hill, her husband of 62 years, Gerald Medcalf, her daughter, Linda Likins and five siblings.  Surviving are her sons, Jerry W. Medcalf, Charlestown, Gary L. (Michelle) Medcalf, Sellersburg, Steven A. Medcalf, Memphis, daughter, Theresa A. (Sam) Lomax, Sellersburg, brother, Paul Hill, Sellersburg, sisters, Marilyn Miller, Corydon, Joyce Condra, Clarksville, thirteen grandchildren and fourteen, great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 12-8PM and anytime after 9AM until the time of service on Thursday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hosparus of Southern Indiana, 502 Hausfeldt Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150.  Online condolences can be made at www.garrfuneralservices.com.
