Kathleen Faye Edwards , a beloved member of the Greenville, IN community, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 21st, 2024, at the age of 63. Born on November 20th, 1961, in Jeffersonville, IN, Kathleen lived a life filled with warmth, kindness, and an ever-present love for her family and friends.

Kathleen worked as a dedicated Legal Secretary in the Closing Department at Young, Lind, Endres and Kraft, where she was known for her diligence, professionalism, and bright spirit that brought joy to her colleagues and clients alike. Her work was admired and her presence dearly cherished.

She was a woman with passions as vast as the horizon. A devoted gardener, Kathleen found solace and inspiration among her plants, cultivating beauty and life wherever she could. Kathleen cherished her time spent at the beach, where she embraced the salty air and the warm sand beneath her feet. Her love for animals was apparent in her adoration of cats, dogs, and especially her cherished dog Luna.

Kathleen is survived by her devoted husband, John Edwards, of Greenville, IN. She leaves behind her loving parents, Shirley Dulaney Jr. and Naomi Dulaney. Kathleen's legacy continues through her beloved children, Jacob Edwards and April Edwards, who were her pride and joy. Her granddaughter, Mara Edwards, who was a light in her life. Her siblings, Matthew Dulaney, Julia Bolt, and Kelly Harl, along with her sister-in-law Rose Dulaney, brother-in-law Jesse Bolt, and brother-in-law Cliff Harl, will forever hold her memory dear.

Preceding her in death is her dear brother, Kenneth Dulaney, whom she cherished deeply, as well as her beloved dog, Meshack. Kathleen's numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins will also forever treasure her remarkable spirit and generous heart.

The visitation for Kathleen Faye Edwards will be held at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, IN, on Monday, December 30th, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 pm. Friends and family are invited to come together to celebrate Kathleen's life and the joy she brought to those around her.

Kathleen's heart was too big for one person, overflowing with love and compassion. She truly embodied the notion that one kind soul could make a profound difference in the lives of others. Her infectious smile, open arms, and warm heart will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.
