Jo Ellen Potts , 63, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana. She was born in Salem Indiana on September 30, 1952 to the late Oscar and Mary Hoke. Jo retired from Samtec in New Albany, Indiana. She was a member of Borden Community Church. Jo was preceded in death by her loving husband Michael Potts.

Son:                                         Gregory (Amy) Potts- Borden, Indiana

Daughter:                                Melody (Tim) Shouse- Borden, Indiana

Sister:                                      Martha (Jack) Sullivan- Salem, Indiana

Grandchildren:                        Duane, Drake (Megan), Kayla, Haley

Great-Grandchildren:              Jacie and Maddie

A funeral service will be held 11:00AM on Tuesday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Borden.  Visitation will be on Monday from 1:00PM until 8:00PM and on Tuesday from 9:00AM until the time of service.
