He was cared for lovingly by Hosparus Health services. Jerry was born on May 12th, 1942, in Shelbyville, Kentucky, and resided in Sellersburg, Indiana, where he lived a life of love and service.

Jerry dedicated his career to the field of sales, at White Trucks, Mack Trucks, Allstate Insurance, and Davis-Coy Insurance, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and clients throughout the years. Jerry is also fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and friends who enriched his life immeasurably.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Nell Adams, and his beloved daughter, Allison Reed, who passed in 1997, and brother-in-law Ervin Lewellen, whose memories he treasured deeply.
