Jackee E.S. Cooper, 74 passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, May 8th, 2020.

Jackee was a current resident of Clarksville, Indiana and formerly Charlestown, Indiana.

Survivors include her daughter Christina Gilkey (Aaron), of Jeffersonville; son, Shaun Samples, of Sellersburg; brothers Edward Culpepper Cooper (Kelly Zullo) and Lonnie Tom Cooper (Vicki Carmichael), both of Jeffersonville; step-sister, Dorothy Ann Pollard, of Georgetown, KY; sister in-law, Debbie Cooper; nieces, Dana Cooper, of Charlestown and Paige Cooper-Moore (Tony), of Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Elijah Johnson, November Gray (Alex), Dennisha Johnson, all of Jeffersonville; and 3 great-granddaughters. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Leatha Dawn; her mother and step-father, Geneva and Forest Noe; and her father, Edward Cooper.

Her family would like to express their appreciation to Home Helpers and Sherri Trepal. Your love, friendship, & care allowed her to remain independent while living at home with her dog Roxie.

Due to the current pandemic situation a private service will be held with interment to follow at Silver Creek Cemetery in Sellersburg, Indiana.
