Sellersburg, Indiana

Howard F. Shrewsbury, 82, entered eternal life on Monday, June 1, 2020 at Clark Memorial Hospital.  He retired from General Electric and was a member of the Sellersburg First Baptist Church.  Howard enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching basketball and gardening.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Dora Shrewsbury and a brother, Kenneth Shrewsbury.  Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Shirley Krum Shrewsbury, Sellersburg, daughters, Beth Shrewsbury (Mike) McCubbins, Memphis, Theresa Shrewsbury, Clarksville, and two grandchildren, Casey and Kaleb McCubbins.  Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at St. Joe Hill Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday from 2-7PM and anytime after 11AM until the time of service on Friday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to WHAS Crusade for Children, 520 W.
