Grace Marie Johnson , 82, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Born on June 17, 1941, to the late Roy and Minnie Robinson (Larsen) in Shelby Montana, Grace lived a life full of love and dedication.

Grace worked for Winn-Dixie grocery for many years, serving in various positions and becoming a cherished part of the company. Her commitment and hard work were evident to all who knew her.

A devoted member of Faith Lutheran Church of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Grace found great joy in her faith and her church community. She loved playing Bunco, going shopping. She was the Mustard Seed's most loyal customer.  In her leisure time she enjoyed Gardening, crocheting and knitting. Grace was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Donald Lee Johnson, by her daughter, Darla Johnson, by her brothers, Roy "Sonny" Robinson, Rod Robinson, Timothy Robinson and by her sister, Mary Combs.

Survivors include her son, Doug Johnson (Rebecca) of Charlestown, her daughters, Debbie Whelan of Jeffersonville, Donna Johnson of Charlestown, her brother, Kenneth Robinson of Billings, Montana, her sister, Shirleen Curtis (John)  of Billings, her grandchildren, Michael Johnson (Miranda), Kelly Usowski (Nathan), Danielle Whelan, Noella Whelan, Justin Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Reina Robbins and Noah Johnson. Grace also leaves 8 great- grandchildren to cherish her legacy.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, June 10, 2024 at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Highway 311, Sellersburg, Indiana 47172) with interment to follow at Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
