Gladys L. Allen , 93, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Sellersburg. She was born on May 17, 1923 to the late Gilbert and Minnie Mahuron in Pekin Indiana. Gladys was a home maker and the matriarch of her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Allen, her Daughters, Mary Hisle and Roberta Krebbs, her brothers, Paul and Daniel Mahuron, her sisters, Dora Doane, Mabel Bower, and Alice Brewer and her Granddaughter, Tammy Lawson.

A Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Sunday July 3, 2016 at Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow in Daisy Hill Cemetery in Borden, Indiana.
