George Stanley Renn, 77, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at his home.  He retired from Colgate, a member of St. Joe Hill Catholic Church and an avid I.U. fan.  George enjoyed gardening and playing cards and he belonged to Knights of Columbus.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Norbert and Adelaide Renn,  a brother, Eugene Renn and daughter, Rebecca Renn.  Surviving are wife, Rita Ratterman Renn, daughters, Julie Renn, Faye (Ronnie) McAnelly, Amy (Brian) McNew, brothers, Leslie (Beverly) Renn, John Renn, Randall (Monica) Renn, , sisters, Linda Hunter, Charlotte (Bill) Nagle, Barbara Peay, Polly (Jim) Franklin, Laura (Brad) Bowlds, Carol Renn, Joy Oglesby, grandchildren, Robert and Dylan McAnelly, Lindsey Wilmoth, Annie, Madelyn and Zachary McNew.  A Funeral Mass will be held 10AM Monday at St. Joe Hill Catholic Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday from 12-8PM at the Garr Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Crusade for Children, 520 W.
